1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through this website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

The products offered on this website are limited edition artworks and fine art prints from the Binary Faces collection.

Each limited edition is produced in a fixed edition size. The edition number assigned to a purchased print is individual and cannot be changed after the order has been completed.

Product images are intended to provide an accurate representation of the artwork. Due to differences in screens and displays, colours may appear slightly different from the actual product.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed on the website before an order is completed.

Any applicable shipping costs are displayed before payment.

The total price shown during the checkout process is the amount payable for the order.

4. Orders and Contract

By completing the checkout process and submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected product.

The purchase contract is concluded when the payment has been successfully completed and the order is confirmed by us.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund any payment already received.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through the payment provider available at checkout.

The payment methods available at the time of purchase will be displayed during the checkout process.

For online payments, payment information is processed through the relevant payment service provider.

6. Delivery

Information about processing times, shipping destinations, shipping costs and delivery is provided on our Shipping & Delivery page.

For limited edition prints, production begins after successful payment and may take up to approximately one week before the print is received, checked and prepared for shipment.

Once the order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

Information about the withdrawal period, how to exercise the right of withdrawal, returns and refunds is provided on our Right of Withdrawal page.

The statutory right of withdrawal is subject to the applicable legal exceptions.

8. Legal Guarantee

Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable under Italian and European consumer law.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, consumers may have the right to the remedies provided by applicable law, including repair or replacement and, where legally applicable, a price reduction or refund.

The statutory legal guarantee does not affect any additional rights provided by applicable law.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, is defective or does not correspond to the order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs or other relevant information where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

10. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the mandatory provisions of applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, texts, logos and other content published on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the artwork to the customer.

The purchased physical artwork or print may be used by the customer for personal purposes, but may not be reproduced, copied, commercially exploited or distributed without the applicable rights or permission.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.
