1. Right of Withdrawal

If you purchase a limited edition print or other eligible product through this website as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

You may use the following wording:

“I hereby inform you that I withdraw from my purchase of [description of product], ordered on [date] and received on [date].”

You are not required to use this exact wording.

3. Returning the Goods

After informing us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.

The goods should be returned securely packaged to prevent damage during transport.
 

4. Refunds

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs.

If you selected a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery option offered, the additional cost will not be reimbursed.

The refund will be made without undue delay and, in principle, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You may be liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

6. Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where a legal exception applies under applicable Italian and European consumer law.

A limited edition product is not excluded from the right of withdrawal solely because it is part of a limited edition.
