Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping
Limited edition artworks and prints are carefully prepared and securely packaged before shipment.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided during the checkout process.
Shipping is currently available within Italy, the European Union and Switzerland.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
For limited edition prints, production may take up to approximately one week. Once the print has arrived, it is individually checked and prepared for shipment before being securely packaged and dispatched.
3. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping service used.
Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, applicable Italian consumer law provides for delivery without undue delay and, in principle, no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract.
If a specific delivery period is stated during the ordering process, that period applies.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs include packaging and delivery and are displayed before the order is completed.
The standard shipping cost is €15 within Italy, €25 in Germany and Austria, €35 for the Rest of the EU and €45 for Switzerland.
Shipping costs for deliveries to other available destinations within the European Union and Switzerland are displayed before payment.
5. International Shipping
Shipping is currently available within Italy, the European Union and Switzerland.
For deliveries to Switzerland, any applicable customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to destinations outside these areas is currently not offered.
6. Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided after the order has been dispatched.
Delivery is carried out by the selected shipping carrier to the address provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, customers should refuse delivery where possible. If the contents are damaged, please document the damage with photographs and contact us as soon as possible.
If an order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that the shipment can be investigated with the carrier.
8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Information regarding the consumer's right of withdrawal and applicable return procedures can be found on our Right of Withdrawal page.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the applicable provisions of Italian and European consumer law and to any statutory exceptions.
